The facility is equipped with modern manufacturing infrastructure and advanced production systems, allowing Mangalam Pipes to efficiently manufacture HDPE pipes while maintaining consistent product quality and dimensional accuracy.

The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility produces HDPE pipes ranging from 20 mm to 315 mm across prescribed pressure classes. It is supported by a computerized laboratory designed to monitor and verify product quality at every stage of production. With advanced testing facilities and systematic quality control, our manufacturing operations are focused on delivering strong, reliable, and long-lasting HDPE piping solutions. The plant is licensed by BIS for IS:4984:1995 and has contributed significantly to our manufacturing capabilities in Karnataka.
